開始前に２人のヒロインと５つのミタマ（カード）を編成する。編成したミタマによってカグラエフェクト（カードごとに随時発動するスキル）、ミタマバースト（任意に１回限り発動可能なスキル）が発生しライフやスコア、判定などをサポートする。ヒロインの成長具合によりライフの初期値や攻撃力が上がる。
